Ketchup + Sour Cream

Last time I made roasted potatoes, I wanted some with ketchup, and some with sour cream. When my two sauces of choice got a bit mixed, I was astounded that I'd never known the two are really a match made in heaven.

    Oh yeah, I've been eating taco salad with ketchup + sour cream all my life! It's fantastic! Too few people know about this, in my opinion.
