I've Just Finished

I've just finished the final Harry Potter book. So it took me a while. That's because I magnanimously let everyone else finish before me.

Don't worry, I'm not going to spoil it for you, Tanya. Thanks for letting me read yours when you weren't reading it yourself.

The seventh book was different than the others, almost like the last page of an essay where you just dump everything out because you have to turn it in immediately and even if you had more time, you wouldn't work on it anymore because you're sick of it. Not that I blame J.K. Rowling at all.

The main thing the final book did for me was bring me back to my lifelong question: Is heaven going to be boring?
