Content in Dublin

I have a five-hour layover in Dublin on the way to Manchester. While looking up some cool things in Dublin, I found this statement: In a 2003 European-wide survey by the BBC, questioning 11,200 residents of 112 urban and rural areas, Dublin was the best capital city in Europe to live in, and Ireland the most content country in Europe. Content? Whoever thought of Dublin as content? I don't think they've heard of anything like Swiss neutrality . . .

Anyway, if any of you have ideas for sights to see in Dublin, let me know.
