Easy and Delicious Chili Cheese Dip

Googled, tried, and loved.

Chili Cheese Dip:

cream cheese
chili
shredded cheese
chopped green onions (without is also good)

Layer, starting with the cream cheese. Heat in oven until cheese is melted. Eat with tortilla chips. Yum!

  1. What type of cheese? I can get cream cheese and canned chili in France, but they only have shredded swiss, which just isn't the same as what we shred in the states, sigh.

  2. Hi Andromeda, I used mixed cheddar and swiss, but I'm sure you can just shred whatever and have it still taste good. I had the same problem in Germany. People there complained that American cheese was horrible, but you just can't replace cheddar . . .
