During pie month, reminders pop up all over (on the fridge, on the door, in the mail, in emails).

    Leenz - his favorite is banana cream, his second favorite is blueberry cream.

    Mishk - He came into the kitchen this morning and said, "There's better than pie for breakfast!"

    I'm missing something. Is October Pie Month, for real, or is this some private thing in your family? I love pie, but somehow I never make any except for Thanksgiving. And every year I think, "that really wasn't so bad! Why don't I make pie more often?!"

    Pie Month is something that Marie Callender's, the pie store, invented to get more people to buy pies during February and October. My dad loves it and acts like it's a holiday.
