This reminds me of days at the two libraries, helping patrons and missionaries.
I always told people that I didn't think it was necessarily experience that made younger people quicker on the computer, it was that when a lot of older people get a pop-up message they freeze up and don't know what to do. The younger person isn't afraid to click on OK and if that doesn't work, to click on No. As one of my trainers used to say to our senior missionaries, "You can't do anything to this computer that we can't fix eventually."
