Never bring the sister missionaries and the ward missionary home for lunch. You just might end up with a few extra Euros in your microscopic pile of change and a roommate who reads about Mormons online for two hours. :)
Conference was fabulous, wasn't it? I can't remember a happier time. If you didn't get to see it, click here: http://www.lds.org/conference/oct2007/archive/0,21150,7842-1,00.html
I'm so grateful to be a part of Christ's church on the earth today.

Okay, that new doener picture has my mouth watering - any clue where I can find one here in SLC!? I did find some Lebanese(?) tahini (for hummus)in a little specialty shop while I was looking for condensed oxtail soup (to make a recipe that Julie Mckie from England) - still looking for the soup! As for your entry about conference, I couldn't agree more wholeheartedly! Saturday and Sunday were wonderful days! Aren't we blessed? XOXOXO!
ReplyDeleteand all the best to you in Germany! God Bless!
ReplyDeleteI love the new picture too :)
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, conference was great!
Sadly, there are no doeners in SLC. Trust me, every RM and returned study abroad student has looked. Sorry! The closest thing you can get is a gyro.
