Yummy Recipes

Figure out your own conversions, it will be worth it, I promise:

Butter-Mandel-Kuchen (Butter and Almond Cake)

250 g. sugar
250 g. flour
75 g. butter
1 small carton of whipped cream (as big as . . . one of Mom's potato rolls)
1 packet of baking powder (don't ask me how much that is)
4 eggs

180 Celsius for 15 Minutes

Top:
250 g. sugar
100 g. shredded coconut OR almonds
200 g. butter
4 large spoonfuls of milk

Put it on and cook for another 15 minutes

Potato and Pickle Salad

Chopped pickles
Oil
Cooked, peeled, and chopped potatoes
Salt
Mix until it tastes good. I think she added some mayonnaise too.
