Worcestershire Pork

I made dinner tonight: pork chops doused in Worcestershire sauce and chopped onions, peas (Alana made those), and mashed potatoes. Although the gravy was pure Worcestershire sauce and flour (not a taste of pork in it whatsoever), and the mashed potatoes were too wet, I dare say that my dear, amazing cook-of-a-mother would be proud. Alana's friend Shuji ate like four servings. (P.S. Shuji asked about us going to church and surprised me when he said, "Joseph Smith?" Even Alana jumped. He took English classes from the elders somewhere.) Now we're going to make cookies . . .
