Bend It Like Beckham

We watched Bend It Like Beckham this week. It's one of those movies that makes you want to get out there and, well, bend it like Beckham. Good thing I got to do just that twice in the last little bit. I realized that the line at the end (when she's leaving to play football in America) is the line every girl wants to hear as she leaves for a foreign country. It was something to the effect of: "Despite the distance and everything, I think we still have a chance and I'd like to give it a try."
